Dermal fillers are injectable gels made up of hyaluronic acid.
This is a natural substance in our bodies. Therefore additional amounts are injected to reshape and add volume to certain areas of the face. There are many different types of filler used to treat different areas.

Dermal fillers can last anywhere between 6-18 months depending on the quality of filler used and lifestyle of the client.

Everyone has a different level of pain threshold. However most people find this treatment more of a slight discomfort then a pain. We use a very a strong numbing cream so you can be reassured that you will be put at ease during your appointment and promise to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Dermal fillers are not suitable for everyone. This is why a consultation will take place before any go ahead with a treatment, certain health conditions and medication may result in you not being able to be treated or you may be a higher risk for complications. Please consult me before booking if your are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you have an allergy to lidocaine, you have a autoimmune disease or blood thinners, you may not be suitable for this procedure. You must be over 18.

Yes absolutely. You will be given in depth aftercare advice during the consultation along with a aftercare package. You will also receive the aftercare information via email. You can also see our aftercare highlights

A £20 non refundable deposit is required to secure booking, this will come of the total price at the end of treatment. If you need to reschedule we ask this done atleast 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will loose your deposit.

Botox (botulinum toxin) injections relax the muscles in your face to smooth out lines and wrinkles, such as crows feet, frownlines and forehead. It is not permanent and typically last around 2 to 4 months, depending also on patients lifestyle. Botox treatment only takes a few minutes and results usually begin to be visible 7-10 days. Botox is quite popular as an anti aging treatment.

Botox is safe to use long term, and you can stop using it at any time without your skin looking worse than it did before you started using botox. Botox injections use forms of botulinum toxin to paralyse muscle activity temporarily

The most common side effects are pain, swelling or bruising at the injection points, you could also have flu-like symptoms, headache, and upset tummy. Injections in the face may also cause temporary Drooping of the eyelids called (transient ptosis) however this can be helped with a eyebrow life using a small amount of botox. You should not have botox if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Like most injections botox can be slightly painful, especially between the eyebrows.

Immediately following the treatment, it is advised not to rub the area, avoid activities that cause sweating for 24 hours. Avoid extreme temperatures, swimming pools, spas and saunas for 48 hours. No alcohol 24 hours before or after treatment. Avoid laying ng down for the first 4 hours after your treatment.

Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after your appointment.
Avoid any anti inflammatory medicines/ ointments and aspirin a few days before and after.
Take arnica tablets up to a week prior to help minimise bruising.
Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated.
